Gareth Sciberras suspended

The Malta Football Association has announced that Gareth Sciberras will be suspended for tomorrow's match against Mosta FC. Gareth collected his fourth yellow card in the last match against Balzan FC.

Under-15's promoted to Section A

Birkirkara Under-15's are the first side to be promoted to the APS League Section A. On Sunday they defeated Tarxien Rainbows with a comfortable 3-0 score, while Kirkop and Gozo shared the spoils, to put the Stripes mathematically back in the top division.

Girls Under-16's denied by late goal

Birkirkara Girls Under-16's were last Sunday denied from narrowing the gap with leaders Pembroke Athleta FC, when a late goal denied Birkirkara from the three points as they were held in a 2-2 draw against Gozo FC.
