Miguel Alba was born on the 14 August 1988 and he is from Argentina. He joined our Club in the January Transfer Market 2017.
Miguel is a versatile offensive player. He is capable of playing on either wing, while he can also play as a second striker. He had positive spells in his native country Argentina for most of his career, before he moved to seek new pastures in Colombia, Chile and Cyprus.
He moved to Cyprus for the first in the 2015-2016 season where he joined Paphos FC. He made fourteen appearances and scored three goals. During the following season, he moved to Ermis Aradippou FC. Throughout the end of December, he was a regular player as he made twelve appearances and scored three goals.
Season 2016-2017
The Stripes were looking to strengthen their forward line and the choice fell on Alba. He signed a one and a half year contract with our Club on Sunday, 29 January 2017.
His debut, which was a satisfactory one, arrived on the same day in the 2-1 victory against Hibernians FC. He started the match before he was substituted twenty minutes inside the second half.
