Five players named in the Maltese National Team

Five Birkirkara FC players were named in the provisional squad of the Maltese National Team led by Mr. Pietro Ghedin for the friendly match against Slovakia which is going to be played on the 4 September. From then, the contingent will travel to Croatia for the first match of group H of the Euro Championship 2016.

Goalkeeper Justin Haber, defenders Zach Muscat and Edward Herrera and the midfield duo Ryan Scicluna and Paul Fenech were the Birkirkara played named in the provisional squad. Gareth Sciberras was out of the question for Mr. Ghedin as he is still recovering from a broken leg.

We would like to wish Malta all the best of luck especially to our five players that got named in the provisional squad.
