UWCL - Squad submitted

Birkirkara FC has submitted a squad composed of twenty players for the UEFA Women's Champions League. The Stripes will be involved in Group 10 which will be held in Lithuania and will face hosts Gintra Universitetas FC, KF Vllaznia Shkoder of Albania and Wexford Youths FC of Ireland.

The squad composed of twenty players includes four new faces who are now eligible to play in this competition following missing the previous competitions due to age-restrictions.

The other eighteen players selected by Coach Melania Bajada have already played in this competition with our club. All players forming part of the squad were eligible for selection.

The list of players will be announced on Sunday evening prior to the departure from the Malta International Airport in the early hours of Monday morning.

The club would like to take this opportunity to thank Sport Malta for all their support to the Women's Team in everything related to the UEFA Women's Champions League.
