MFA Elections

Birkirkara F.C. would like to congratulate Mr. Bjorn Vassallo who has been elected the new president of the Malta Football Association together with the three vice-presidents namely. Dr. Matthew Paris, Mr. Ludovico Micallef and Mr. Adrian Casha.

Mr. Vassallo will be replacing Mr. Norman Darmanin who had earlier announced that he will not recontest this election following serving nine years in the post.

On the other hand, Dr. Matthew Paris and Mr. Ludovico Micallef were re-elected in the position of Vice-President while Mr. Adrian Casha was elected for the first time.

The club would like to take this opportunity to thank the other contestant for the role of President of the Malta Football Association, Dr. Chris Bonnet for his support and help offered to our club.

The club would also like to thank Mr. Norman Darmanin Demajo for his nine-year service and the outgoing vice-president Mr. Alex Manfre for the invaluable work throughout his years within the Malta Football Association.
