Women: Raiders FC 0-7 Birkirkara FC

Birkirkara FC Women's Team registered their eleventh straight victory in the BOV Women's League and maintained their six-point lead, when they defeated Raiders FC with an incredible 7-0 score.

The Stripes built a comfortable three-goal lead in the first half. Ann-Marie Said broke the dead-lock with a fine header off a corner kick by Tracy Teuma, Raina Giusti doubled the lead on the twenty-third minute while Kailey Willis made them three five minutes before half time with a fine strike.

Ylenia Carabott made them four with a direct free-kick nine minutes inside the second half, while Stephania Farrugia converted a penalty kick just past the hour-mark. Substitute Kelly Agius Pace added further gloss to the victory with two late goals.
