Youth Academy Trials

Birkirkara FC Youth Academy will be organising trials for boys born between 2006 and 2009. Trials are open for everyone who would like to form part of the Youth Academy, but only a maximum of sixteen players will be selected in line with our strategy to focus on quality rather then quantity, and the academy's mission statement.

“To develop young talented players who are technically and mentally prepared to play for the Club's Senior Team and the National Teams.”

The trial procedure will see each age-group evaluated by five coaches as the players will play 5v5 football. The coaches will be as follows; one coach from the Birkirkara FC Senior Technical Staff, one guest UEFA A coach coaching senior team football in Malta, 2 coaches from Birkirkara FC Youth Academy and the team coach of that particular age group.

The trials will be held this Saturday, 29 September at the Santa Agatha College in Rabat, and they will start at 09:00.

For boys/girls not forming part of the Academy at the moment, we kindly ask you to call us in advance to inform us about your attendance for trials by calling the Director of Youth Coaching Mr. Mark Bondin on 79051405 or the Assistant Director of Youth Coaching Mr. Renzo Attard on 79472935.
