Ayrton Attard makes Senior Team debut

Birkirkara FC Youth Academy product Ayrton Attard made his debut with the Senior Team in yesterday's 1-0 defeat against Hibernians FC. Attard, who turned seventeen years old two weeks ago, was included as a substitute four minutes from time.

Ayrton is a regular player with the Under-19's Team in his first year. Last June, following a wonderful season with the Under-17's Team where he was the team's top-scorer and one of the protagonists that helped the team winning the Knock-Out, was voted the Under-17's Most Promising Player.

Ayrton also forms part of the Under-19's National Team, who last months was involved in the UEFA European U-19 Championship Group 4 qualifiers.
