Stephania Farrugia awarded as BOV Women's League Best Player

Birkirkara FC Women's Team defender Stephania Farrugia has been chosen the BOV Women's League Best Player in the MFA Awards 2017. This is the second prestigious award for Farrugia this week, after on Monday, she was also chosen as the MFPA Best Female Footballer.

Farrugia has clinched the most coveted individual honour of Women's football for the second year running, after she has won this award for her first-time last year. The winner was chosen between club officials, coaches and captains.
