Respect: Name of the Game

Birkirkara FC would like to appeal to all its supporters to encourage the team, while showing respect to their opponents. Matches like today's should be a showcase of tolerance and friendship. Racism has no place anywhere, but especially not in football.

Use of pyrotechnics, flares, or gasses or any such materials are strictly prohibited by UEFA, and any abuse will result in heavy fines, and possibly other sanctions against the Club.

Birkirkara FC would like to congratulate the Hearts' supporters that yesterday accepted its invitation to visit the Clubhouse. The evening was a manifestation of the beautiful side of football, where many new friendships were born. Supporters of both clubs mingled socially in a very friendly atmosphere, and they joined along in sing-alongs and attempted to learn each other chants. This is the other face of football, that is rarely reported by the media outlets, unlike the ugly incidents of supporters fighting each other.
