Gabriella Zahra wins BOV Player of the Month for November

For the first time ever in Women's football, Birkirkara FC's midfielder Gabriella Zahra has achieved the BOV Best Player of the month for three consecutive months as after winning the award for September and October respectively, the twenty-four year old midfielder has also been selected as the best player for November.

It has been another magnificent month for the Birkirkara midfielder during the month of November as she played a key-role in the Stripes' outstanding month that saw them winning all three matches in style by beating Kirkop United with a 5-0 score, Mgarr United with a 5-1 score and Pembroke Athleta with a 4-0 score.

During this month, the National Team player continued to confirm her great vision of the game by netting the opening goal in the 5-1 victory over Mgarr United while delivering an inch-perfect free-kick to Stephania Farrugia which led to the third goal of the match. Zahra also assisted the second goal to Raina Giusti in the comfortable 4-0 victory against Pembroke.
