Birkirkara to face Naxxar Lions

Birkirkara FC will be hoping to extend their fine start in the BOV Premier League by seeking the third win in a row when they take on Naxxar Lions FC on Tuesday evening.
A magnificent performance by the BOV Player of the Match Leighton Grech and a beautiful combination between the attacking Brazilian trio of Morais, Gonzaga and Ledesma inspired Birkirkara for the second consecutive victory in the BOV Premier League by trashing Zebbug Rangers with a 4-0 score. In the first match of the league, the Stripes defeated Pieta Hotapurs with a 2-1 score.
On the other hand, Naxxar Lions are still searching for the first victory after being held in an identical 1-1 draws against Qormi and Balzan respectively.
The match will be played at the National Stadium, and is scheduled to kick off at 18:30.
