Joseph Zerafa suspended for two matches

The Malta Football Association has announced that Joseph Zerafa will be suspended for the next two matches, that is, against Mosta FC and Sliema Wanderers FC. Zerafa was shown a straight red card during Birkirkara's last match against Balzan FC.

On the other hand, Mosta FC will be without the services of goalkeeper Omar Borg and forward Bojan Kaljevic, both suspended for one match, after having collected their fourth yellow card in their last outing against Hibernians FC.
