Birkirkara Under 19's move on top of the table

Birkirkara Under 19's moved on top of the table as joint leaders with Valletta thanks to a fine 2-1 victory over Hamrun Spartans.

Thanks to this, Birkirkara moved on top of the table with 12 points as joint leaders with Valletta who yesterday shared the spoils in a 2-2 draw against Pieta Hotspurs.

Antoine Borg and Brandon Attard who both recently made their Premier League debut scored the important two goals for Birkirkara.

Birkirkara will be involved in the next match on the 6 December when they will face Qormi in a tricky match where ‘The Stripes' will be aiming to maintain their place on top of the table.
