Birkirkara Under16 Girls trounce Zejtun

Birkirkara Under 16 Girls registered their second victory in the league when they trounched Zejtun Corinthians with a 13-1 score in a very one sided match.

Following their first victory in the first match of the league against Hibernians, Birkirkara made ther intentions clear to notice and they were already leading with six goals in the first fifteen minutes while continuing to dominate and then added another seven till the final whistle.

Raina Giusti and Alishia Sultana scored a hat trick each, Kelly Groves, Jessica Mangion and Mariah Sciberras scored a brace while the other goal came thanks to an own goal. Sally Salerno scored the only goal for Zejtun.

Birkirkara will be involved in the third match of the league against Melita which will be played on the 14 October.
