Birkirkara vs Balzan this Friday

The Malta Football Assocation has announced that the match between Birkirkara and Balzan Youths has been rescheduled to be played this Friday 11 of May, at 18:00, at the the Hibs Ground, and not as advised previously.

The MFA said that the fixtures for the last day of the league were rescheduled due to the importance that some of the matches have on the final league standings, and the outcome may even effect which teams are to be relegated to the First division. The MFA deemed fit that certain matches should be played at the same time.

The match between Floriana Sliema will therefore also be played this Friday at 18:00 but at the National Stadium, Ta' Qali.

The result of these two matches will determine the third and fourth place of the league standings. Currently Birkirkara are in the third place with a two point advantage over fourth placed Floriana.
