Annual General Meeting 2011-2012

The Annual General Meeting of Birkirkara FC will be held on Friday 8th June 2012 at 18.30 at the Birkirkara Club (on top of McDonald's) with the following Agenda:

1. Reading of the minutes of the Annual General Meeting 2010-2011.

2. Reading of the Administrative Report 2011-2012.

3. Reading of the Financial Report 2011-2012.

4. Reading of other Reports.

5. Amendments to the statute.

6. Appointment of Auditor.

7. Selection of the Committee's Election Board.

8. President's address.

9. List of nominations for the Committee members for the Season 2012-2013.

10. Committee members' election.

Amendments to the statute and nominations for the Birkirkara FC committee should reach the Club's secretary by not later than 18.00 of Wednesday the 6th of June 2012.
