Birkirkara FC's Women Team keeps marching on

Birkirkara FC's women team is just four games away from the league title when yesterday evening, 'The Stripes' registered another comfortable win over Raiders with a 4-0 score.

It was a match dominated by Birkirkara right from the start. Besides the four goals, they had two shots, by Kelly Agius Pace and Gabriella Zahra, denied by the post and no less than three goals disallowed for an offside position which continues to show Birkirkara's domination.

Kelly Agius Pace was the hero for Birkirkara by scoring a hat trick, with the other goal scored by Rachel Cuschieri.

In the next match Birkirkara will be facing Marsa, who lie at the bottom of the table without a single point. The match will be played on the 21 February at the Luxol Grounds and it is scheduled to start at 20:00
