Annual General Meeting 2010-2011

The Annual General Meeting of Birkirkara FC will be held on Thursday 9th June 2011 at 18.30 at the Birkirkara Club (on top of McDonald's) with the following Agenda:

1. Reading of the minutes of the Annual General Meeting 2009-2010.

2. Reading of the Administrative Report 2010-2011.

3. Reading of the Financial Report 2010-2011.

4. Reading of other Reports.

5. Amendments to the statute.

6. Appointment of Auditor.

7. Selection of the Committee's Election Board.

8. President's address.

9. List of nominations for the Committee members for the Season 2011-2012.

10. Committee members' election.

Statute amendments and nominations for the Birkirkara FC committee members should reach the Club' secretary, by not later than 18.00 of Tuesday the 7th of June 2011.

Applications for committee members can be collected from the Secretary, or by sending an email on secretary@birkirkarafc.com .
